it went like this

I'm in the barber's chair, the end of the ritual in sight; and he pops that familiar question - Would you like a little product? I looked at the goop he had in hand and the question came to mind...Why do we put things on our bodies that we would never want in our bodies?

On the way home I scanned the isles of the first few stores I passed, overwhelmed by the number of products that contained synthetic ingredients,  chemical stablizers, and petroleum bases, all scented like bubble gum and cheap perfume.

So I set out to make something out of real ingredients. From the kitchen of my old East Village apartment, the first batch of Traditional Pomade was created, complete with hand-stamped paper labels.. We're three years in now, with many more offerings than our first experiements.  We still hand craft each of our products in our laboratory space in Bushwick, Brooklyn out of pure and natural ingredients.

Our hope is to continue providing high quality, all-natural goods to all who seek them.

Thanks for being part of it.
